Employment Support Specialist, Employment Support Services - Waverly (2 openings)

You’ll work directly with adults with disabilities—helping them build confidence, develop job skills, and shine in a supportive, inclusive work environment.
This position is part-time approximately 30 hours per week based from Waverly. This position focuses on providing supported employment services and job coaching for individuals with disabilities working in small groups at local businesses including Trinkets & Togs Thrift Store in Waverly.
Position is scheduled weekdays only – no nights, weekends or holidays. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current insurance, and 2-year degree or 60 semester hours of college OR 2 years of experience in human services.
Lead Associate, Grundy Center Trinket & Togs
Position: Lead Associate position scheduled 25-30 hours per week at Grundy Center Trinkets and Togs. Schedule includes day, evening, and every other Saturday hours.
Duties include: The primary functions include, but are not limited to: operating the cash register, pricing merchandise, working in the donation receiving area, training employees, processing donations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting the Retail Supervisor or Retail Manager in their duties.
Qualifications include: Applicants are at least 18 years of age, have the ability to lift 50 pounds, are subject to pre-employment physical and criminal background check, and have two years of experience in a retail setting.
